A lifelong learner, I have an admitted thirst to constantly be challenged and grow. My interest in design began after a stint as a front-end developer and the desire to understand the intersection between humans, technology and the methods (both existing and yet undiscovered) that help forge those connections.

I'm passionate about creating products that are useful, highly usable and ideally that are visually well-crafted. I believe that great design can be created with a long term vision but delivered in small, iterative chunks, successfully.

I believe as a leader in this industry, continuous mentoring and feedback is critical to help my teams grow and flourish - which I also believe has a solid, positive impact on the business.

I'm married to a Head of UX, am a dog mom, love sci-fi, horror, true crime, documentaries and really good food.
